Continue to be Awamori.
We have been brewing in Nakijin since 1948. Blessings of the rich nature of the land, air and water all come together to make Awamori. The distilled Awamori bides its time and is reborn as an old sake as it ages. Awamori was born in this land, and we will make the most of it in this land.
We will pass on the traditional culture of Awamori along with the sake brewing.
We will continue to do so.
